Job Description

  • Be the leader of the Medical Affairs function and the Medical Expert in front of KOLs
  • People manager : office and field team - performance management and development
  • Create and execute Medical Affairs plan aligned on Global Medical Plan
  • Leverage collaboration with Clinical Development, Finance, Commercial
  • Track team capabilities for impactful medical tactics

The Successful Applicant

  • Medical Doctor (MD) (PhD will be also considered)
  • Sufficient track record of Pharma Medical Affairs
  • People Management and Team Leadership experience
  • Experience collaborating with Commercial/R&D and understanding of Clinical Trials design/execution
  • Vaccines/Infectious Diseases
  • Japanese language proficiency is mandatory
