About Our Client

Our client is a luxury brand from Europe that has been renowned for their handbags and accessories. They are looking for someone to help improve the luxury experience for their valued customers.

Job Description

  • Develop marketing strategy for overall Japan business, execute action plans to grow business, managing the marketing budget.
  • Lead and develop the marketing team.
  • Management of all marketing activities to be implemented by the team.
  • Manage 3-4 members within the marketing team.
  • Creation of external collaboration opportunities (e.g., artist collaboration for limited products, brand collaboration with different industry).

The Successful Applicant

  • Marketing experience (ideally in luxury and fashion retail brands).
  • People management experience, managing at least more than 3 direct reports.
  • Wide knowledge of the full marketing mix including PR& marketing communication, digital, retail marketing, creative development.
  • Can create a strong bond with HQ office in Europe.
  • NATIVE level Japanese and Business level English.
