Job Description

  • Develop strategic direction for each current product and future asset
  • Drive marketing team on plan and executing
  • Lead cross and align with cross functional team on project initiative and delivery
  • Establish and nurture partnership with key stake holders and institution
  • Collaborate with global and local leadership team on strategy and direction

The Successful Applicant

  • 10 years of Marketing Experience in Pharmaceutical industry
  • 5 years of people management in marketing
  • Experience in new product launch is a plus
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to make decision on investment or divestment
  • Business level of English and Japanese
