Job Description

-Analyse market and formulate marketing plans for portfolio

-Drive launch readiness

-Set team performance, coaching/mentoring marketing team

- Collaborate with global teams on drug pricing strategies for new products.

-Lead, Drive and collaborate with cross functional teams on market strategy and launch readiness

The Successful Applicant

  • Over 5 years of Pharmaceutical marketing experience with People management
  • New product launch experience is preferred
  • Strong leadership capability
  • Ability to coaching and mentoring the team
  • Business level of English and Japanese
