Job Description

  • Review contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
  • Identifying potential risks and proposing appropriate measures for mitigating them.
  • Offer counsel on corporate governance matters, intellectual property issues, employment law, and other legal aspects relevant to the organisation's operations.
  • Risk Management.
  • Dispute Resolution and Litigation.



The Successful Applicant

  • Fluent in Japanese and business level in English.


  • Previous experience in practising contract, corporate law either as an associate at a reputable foreign or Japan law firm or in a major MNC.
  • A Bachelor of Law degree
