職務内容

* Cultural Stewardship and transformation: Act as a steward of our company culture and Principle-Based Management (PBM) principles. Mentor and coach the HR business partnership team to advance our culture within the region.

* Leadership and Team Development: Lead and coach a team of HR professionals including recruiters, HR business partners, and payroll specialists. Develop capabilities and challenge them to provide exceptional partnership support to local leaders.

* HR Business Partnership: Oversee the HR business partnership team, consisting of HR business partners assigned to the local plants and the head office. Provide guidance on culture advancement, supervisor development, talent strategies, and legal/compliance matters.

* Talent Strategy and Development: Drive talent strategy initiatives, in partnership with the business, to identify and develop our current and future capabilities, as well as leaders across the organization.

* Organizational Optimization: Partner with the business to optimize the organization's structure, develop change management strategies, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

* Progressive HR experience with a focus on leadership, culture, talent development, and change management. Proven experience leading teams through transformational change is essential.

* Strong leadership and coaching skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams and cultivating talent.

* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders and influence decision-making. Strong relationship-building skills to drive change across diverse teams.

* Experience in leading organizational change initiatives, particularly in complex and matrix environments.

* In-depth understanding of local culture and business practices, enabling effective communication and collaboration.

* Fluency in both Japanese and English is required.

* Experience in a manufacturing setting is desirable, but the ability to drive transformative change is of primary importance
