Job Description
- Coach and guide a growing team of CSMs
- Create an environment that allows team members to improve their skills and grow their careers through taking on increased responsibility and adding value across the organization
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders
- Drive retention and growth among our most valuable customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed
- Enable successful roll-out of our platform to customers
- Maintain a cadence of communicating with customers about their adoption trends, sentiment, and mining opportunities for deeper engagement
- Embrace QBRs together with the team to drive customer success
- Work with customers on contract renewals, and expansion opportunities
- Marshall resources across our org as needed to support customer's needs
- Represent the voice of the customer to inform our product roadmap
The Successful Applicant
- Proven leadership and management skills that work well in an collaborative - team first setup
- Industry knowledge and experience in the Japanese market
- A data-driven approach to manage the team and pipeline
- Proven track record in Customer Success Management - managing retention, up-selling and cross-selling
- Ability to oversee projects and work with project management tools
- Ability to work autonomously and own relationships with customers
- Strong interest for understanding the marketing and software setup of clients to be able to advise customers in building a state of the art setup
- Proactive approach where you always want to be speaking with customers
- Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese is a must
