Job Description
- Create overall pricing strategy and execute into day o day action for responsible team
- Drive pricing guidelines and improve performance and productivity
- Maximised commercial excellence: Segmentation, sale structure, resource allocation
- Lead SFE KPIs tracking and CRM
- Perform business intelligence task in order to shape company strategy
- Develop and nurture commercial excellence talent
- Lead communication between local and global office
The Successful Applicant
- A University degree or above in Pharmaceutical, Science, Business, Economics, Finance,
- 5 years plus relevant experience in health care industry (incl. pharmaceutical and medical devices), ideally in the generic industry
- At least 3 years' data analysis experience
- Strong leadership skill and experience of people management
- Management consulting experience is a plus
- Great communication in both Japanese and English
