My client is an IT services company founded in 1940s and started business in Japan 1980s. They currently support 31 vertical industries serving engineering, app, cloud infra, digital analytics, BPO, etc.

職務内容

  • Sales solutions support in identifying, pursuing, closing sales opportunities, including proposal creation and presentation

  • Create service offering, Solutions and IPs in the Cloud and Infrastructure space

  • Define competence development for the practice

  • Own and execute sales plans to achieve order booking and revenue goals for the practice

  • Execute business plan including GTM activities

  • Define Road Map for Technology, defining strategy/Process, Solution Offerings, Technology Consulting and Thought Leadership

  • Strategize on Business trends, Forecast, Identification and management of Key Alliances

  • Estimate the project/solution development effort and resource requirements

  • Provide a consultative approach to customer and pre-sales

理想の人材

  • Successful completed university studies.

  • Experience as Sales Professional in the IT-sector and experience of closing deals with CPG or Retail or Manufacturing or logistics customers.

  • Proven track record of larger outsourcing engagements within the IT-Service industry (pre-sales or sales phase)

  • Project Management experience

  • Willingness to travel

  • Open, communicative and team-oriented

  • Self-reliant and compelling

  • Analytic and conceptual frame of mind

  • A hunting mindset for new industry patches
