My client is an IT services company founded in 1940s and started business in Japan 1980s. They currently support 31 vertical industries serving engineering, app, cloud infra, digital analytics, BPO, etc.

Job Description

  • Establishing and facilitate relationships between the company and clients executives
  • Driving new DOP deals (BPO) and manage customer relationships; focusing on business growth.
  • Industry experience in key BPO sectors like BFSI, Consumer, Health, ENU etc
  • Supporting strategic dialogue with customer to generate incremental revenue
  • Facilitating RFP responses and drive proposal preparation.
  • Negotiating DOP contracts (including NDAs, SOW, and MSAs etc.).
  • Improving awareness about the company's DOP service offerings, capabilities and value proposition.
  • Creating Strategy and Business Development Plans for allocated sector / accounts.
  • Ownership for both Hunting / farming accounts (as per business requirement)
  • Ability to manage CXO level relationship, strong business acumen and customer relationship management skills

The Successful Applicant

  • Hands-on industry experience in the Business Process services industry.
  • Strong business acumen and customer relationship management skills.
  • Able to collaborate across various company internal teams to ensure closure of deals.
  • Deliver quarter on quarter Sales performance
