Job Description

  • End to end ownership of the Alliance relationships in Japan region.

  • Ownership of the framework/JGTM and technical/sales enablement

  • Carry the alliance Pipeline & OB target

  • Own the governance on the GTM, enablement and partner agreements.

  • Develop business plans in alignment with Partner strategies and get internal buying

  • Collaborate with sales and domain team in executing the GTM plan

  • Execute events & campaigns to generate new opportunities and positioning for the company

  • Onboarding of strategic partners with an clear agenda on monetization of large revenues for the company.

The Successful Applicant

  • Deep understanding of the partner products, competing vendors to provide differentiation in value propositions, RFP's, business model etc.

  • Effectively sells company offerings by building strategic relationships with partner senior management, principles and decision makers.

  • Develops strategic plans with the partner to grow the size of the business and the company's share in the partner's business pie.

  • Pipeline and partner management in the sales planning online tool.

  • Works effectively with other leaders to ensure coordinated efficient partner management.

  • Ability to leverage partner sales team for joint GTM for specific accounts.

  • Coordinates and directs efforts across company sales teams w.r.t to GTM for partner technology

  • Measurable output specific to pipeline and order booking and on ground execution.
