Job Description

  • Develop and implement annual marketing plans for rare disease brands like Pompe, Gaucher, and ASMD.
  • Lead the marketing team in executing tactical brand initiatives to drive sales growth.
  • Create mid- to long-term strategies for maximizing the value of key products in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering talent development within the rare disease franchise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to ensure alignment on product launches and strategy.

The Successful Applicant

  • Extesnive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with comprehensive marketing or commercial experience.
  • Experience in rare diseases or a relevant field is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team and collaborate with senior leaders.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable strategies.
  • Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
