Job Description

  • Take lead in QA activities to ensure effective compliance for company's products specifically in the GQP area
  • Create, revise, and utilize QMS
  • Ensure SOPs are aligned with company objectives
  • Implement any necessary quality improvements, support in internal/external quality inspections as well as audits
  • Be part of any quality training and education programs for cross-functioning teams
  • Investigate any quality events such as deviations, non-comformaties, and CAPA
  • Communicate with manufacturers and other outside vendors to align company quality practices

The Successful Applicant

  • University degree in scientific or related field
  • High fluency in English or Japanese (non-native level speakers will not be selected)
  • QA experience in the pharmaceutical industry specifically GQP within GxP area
  • Knowledge of QA systems and GxP compliance
  • Ability to communicate with cross functional departments and manufacturers for quality oversight
