Job Description

  • Develop and implement global sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry clients.
  • Track and analyse market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Global Sales Manager should have:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A strategic mindset with a strong focus on results.
