Job Description

  • Manage research projects from conception to reporting.
  • Supervise supplier relationships and maintain budget compliance.
  • Generate and apply consumer insights for innovation and market strategies.
  • Collaborate with APAC-MEA teams on brand and portfolio strategies.
  • Understand and support shopper insights across the region.
  • Partner with syndicated data providers for research projects.
  • Utilise online tools for self-service research projects.



The Successful Applicant

  • Fluent in Japanese and English, with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Proficient in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Ideally 5 years experience in a global research environment
  • Ability to analyse and interpret syndicated data.
  • Strong conceptual and strategic thinking skills.
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication abilities.
  • Capable of problem-solving and making informed decisions.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
