* Facility management - fire prevention, ordering of fixtures/copier related, conference room maintenance, key management, rental warehouse arrangement etc.
* Mail Distribution · Shipment
* Payroll assistance
* Finance subsidiary work (clerical work)
The Successful Applicant
Minimum 3 years accumulated experience within any of the mentioned areas of responsibility.
Proactive & flexible.
English reading & writing competency - conversation/business level.
Attention to detail & ability to take initiative in ones work.
Excellent competency in computer skills (Excel in particular).
