One of the leading American asset management firms is looking for General Affairs Specialist to support their business expansion in Japan.

Job Description

  • Handle facility services and office operations
  • Manage maintenance of office environment and management of customer support
  • Manage office equipment (including vendor management)
  • Prepare for onboarding process (stationery, disaster prevention supplies, etc.)
  • Support Executive assistant with phone call, document, mail delivery, contract stamping)

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience and knowledge of general affairs, office manager
  • Experience in planning office layout or relocation
  • High business skills in English and native level of Japanese
  • Ability to coordinate and negotiate with external vendors and global offices
