You will drive end‑to‑end pipeline development-from workflow design to testing, monitoring, and performance optimization-to ensure a stable and scalable data platform.

Job Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain data‑ingestion pipelines on Google Cloud using BigQuery, Airflow, and related data‑platform tools.
  • Build and optimize workflows (DAGs), ensuring reliable batch and streaming data processing.
  • Conduct testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and recovery to maintain stable pipeline operations.
  • Improve performance, documentation, and overall data‑platform quality while supporting daily operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful GCP Data Engineer should have:

  • Deep expertise in building and operating scalable data pipelines using GCP services such as BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Cloud Composer/Airflow.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, with the ability to design efficient ETL/ELT workflows and ensure data quality.
  • Hands‑on experience with workflow orchestration, streaming technologies (Kafka, CDC), and production‑grade monitoring and recovery.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver stable, high‑quality data platforms.
