Job Description

  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for customers (researchers)
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations
  • Build relationship with customers; understand and analyze their needs
  • Collaborate closely with local sales team and global counterpart and contribute to business growth

The Successful Applicant

  • Research experiment in cell biology (knowledge in cell& gene therapy preferred)
  • Masters degree in life science/ biology or relevant fields (PhD would be a plus)
  • Comfortable speaking in English; Business level Japanese
