As a Safety Specialist, you will handle cases involving personal safety threats, crisis situations, and escalated incidents. Job Description

  • Manage safety-related cases involving personal threats, crisis escalations, and sensitive incidents.
  • Investigate and document incidents, ensuring confidentiality and trauma-informed resolutions.
  • Develop and enhance policies, tools, and processes in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Handle flagged content, monitor trends in online risks, and educate users on best practices.
  • Provide empathetic support to individuals experiencing trauma or crisis.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for candidates with experience in:

  • Case management, crisis escalation, and handling sensitive complaints in customer service
  • Managing complex safety concerns with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Crisis de-escalation and trauma-informed methodologies.
  • Native Level in Japanese and Fluent in English

Salary: Up to 6.8M JPY + 10% performance-based bonus.
