職務内容



  1. Guest Check-In and Check-Out: Greet guests upon arrival, verify reservations, and process check-ins efficiently. Collect and process payments, issue room keys, and provide directions to rooms. Ensure accurate and prompt check-out procedures, including settling any outstanding bills and providing assistance with luggage.


  2. Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to guests by actively listening, understanding their needs, and responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests. Offer personalized recommendations and information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.


  3. Reservation Management: Assist guests with making new reservations, modifying existing ones, and addressing any issues or changes. Maintain a thorough understanding of room availability, rates, and hotel policies.


  4. Complaint Resolution: Handle guest complaints and concerns with empathy and patience, aiming to resolve issues promptly and satisfactorily. Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department or supervisor.


  5. Communication and Coordination: Liaise with other hotel departments to ensure smooth guest experiences. Relay messages and requests accurately to the relevant staff members and follow up to ensure timely resolution.


  6. Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties, including managing guest registration cards, maintaining guest accounts, and updating records in the hotel management system. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and securely.


  7. Safety and Security: Maintain a strong awareness of security procedures and assist in ensuring the safety and well-being of guests by monitoring the lobby area and reporting any suspicious activities or incidents.

理想の人材

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training or certification is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Japanese; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in a customer service-oriented role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle complaints and difficult situations with composure.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using hotel management systems, reservation software, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Availability to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
