About Our Client
European headquartered fashion company
Create and develop a new Franchise Project for the Japanese subsidiary of this European headquartered business. Managing successful negotiations with both Existing Partners as well as new, Potential Partners. He/She will be taking charge of the deployment of the Franchise project forecasting up to 10 POS openings in-between 2018 - 2020 for the company, from preparation to consolidation and follow-up.
Ensure the implementation and alignment of the B2B/Wholesale Department strategy defined by the Wholesale Director by planning developing the commercial strategy within the Area/s under his/her responsibility, continuously analysing it and adapting it according to the performance of the assigned channel, identifying market needs, opportunities and improvement areas.
Control sales data, expansion speed, short and long term goals and P&L of the business project under his/her responsibility, to obtain a global business vision, and define improvement actions to increase the profitability and performance of the area under his/her responsibility, in coordination with the proper stakeholders.
Follow up, motivation and supervision of support department's members tasks on his/her project, collaborate with Existing Wholesale Core Partner's Agents, Real Estate Business Developer, Operations and Marketing Teams.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- General B2B/Wholesale Experience is an advantage
