Job Description

  • Leading the financial planning and analysis activities of the company
  • Providing insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Managing the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
  • Developing and maintaining financial models for performance analysis
  • Participating in cross-functional projects and initiatives
  • Ensuring financial reporting compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements
  • Identifying financial risks and opportunities
  • Collaborating with other departments to streamline financial processes

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • A strong background in financial planning and analysis
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex financial information
  • Experience working in the life science industry is a plus
