Job Description

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to support strategic decision-making.

  • Identify and communicate key financial trends and risks to stakeholders.
  • Support the implementation of financial systems and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Provide financial insights to support business growth initiatives in the life science industry.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management.

The Successful Applicant

  • Business fluency in both Japanese and English
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis within a corporate setting.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of the life science industry or similar sectors.
  • Excellent communication skills to present complex financial data clearly.
