Job Description

  • Lead the financial planning and analysis process across the company.
  • Provide financial insights to support decision making.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
  • Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the organization.
  • Develop and implement financial metrics for performance tracking.
  • Provide financial guidance on company-wide goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A Manager should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
