As an FP&A Manager, you will play a critical role in financial planning and analysis, providing insights and reports to support strategic decision-making. Your work in the retail industry will contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the company.

Our client is a large organization within the retail industry, known for its premium quality and timeless style. With a global presence and a dedicated team in Tokyo, they continue to inspire and empower their customers through their unique creations.

This position will be a part of the FP&A team, will have a direct report(s) and at the same time will have a line manager based in Japan who can support with a more complex tasks.

職務内容

  • Oversee financial planning and analysis for the retail sector.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department on financial forecasting.
  • Drive profitability analysis and identify potential areas of improvement.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to understand financial needs and provide solutions.
  • Implement financial models to support business strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Contribute to the overall growth of the company through financial analysis.

理想の人材

A successful FP&A Manager should have:

  • A strong FP&A experience
  • Retail/FMCG industries experience
  • SAP usage experience will be an advantage
  • Prior management experience will be an advantage
  • Fluency in Japanese
  • Business level English (including verbal communication)
