職務内容

  • Conduct financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.
  • Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.
  • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards.
  • Guide cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.

理想の人材

A successful FP&A Analyst should have:

  • Hands on experience in Finance or Accounting fields
  • Advanced skill in Excel, experienced in processing large data, data analysis, data mgmt.
  • Strong in quantitative and analytical skills
  • Good interpersonal skills (communication, presentation, teamwork, leadership)
  • Able to work under pressure, demonstrate good ability in time management, problem-solving and multiple-tasking skills
  • Willing and eager to learn
  • Business English and fluent Japanese (speaking & writing)
