Job Description
Preparation and review Financial and regulatory reports on monthly and quarterly basis and deliver accurately and timely (i.e. BOJ minimum reserve, month end / monthly average financial statement, asset & liability report )
Support annual and interim local financial close including Credit Self-Assessment.
Corresponding ad-hoc request from other team, other department or region - i.e. operation, tax and business finance
Financial and Regulatory Reporting Role
Support daily regulatory capital calculation
Support and review BOJ daily transaction report and submission
Inter company cost allocation analysis and execute cash settlement.
Lead finance driven invoice payment process r
Any other admin work to support Japan Finance
Support vendor risk and operational risk management
The Successful Applicant
<For Financial Reporting Specialist>
- At least 4-5 years experience to work for Financial Control in the Securities and Banking Industry.is preferred
- At least 7-8 years finance experience or accounting firm.
- Excellent communication skill for both Japanese and English.
Holding JSDA 1 or CPA are preferred but not required.
