Job Description

  • Development of Strategic plan and Budget for the Japan entity
  • Reporting the business performance and forecast to the management and HQ on monthly quarterly basis
  • Ad hoc analysis on business and benchmarking

The Successful Applicant

  • A successful Financial Planning & Analysis should have:
  • The ability to conduct quantitative analysis, analytical thinking and logical thinking to solve problems
  • The motivation to show leadership on company-wide initiatives
  • The flexibility to work on new and challenging tasks
  • Business-level English communication skills (For communication with HQ and other overseas offices) and native level Japanese communication skills
