Job Description

  • Financial accounting & reporting: responsible for monthly financial reporting. Review consolidated financial statements under IFRS, NAV calculation, variance analysis
  • Coordinate year-end audits and tax reporting
  • Review cash payments of group entities and payment requests
  • Work closely with investment teams and provide finance support to them

The Successful Applicant

【Required】

  • 10+ years' accounting experience including 1 year at a relevant firm
  • Fluency in Japanese
  • Strong analytical skills

【Preferred】

  • Accounting qualification holder
  • Business level English
  • Familiarity with Yardi
  • Tax knowledge
