Job Description

  • Oversee end-of-period close activities, collaborating with internal and external finance teams.
  • Ensure local compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including audits, tax filings, and statutory reports.
  • Maintain accurate local accounting records as legally required.
  • Coordinate vendor, customer, and collections processes.
  • Work with treasury and tax teams to support local banking, tax reporting, and audit requirements.
  • Align local processes with global policies, ensuring internal controls are implemented and processes are efficient, compliant, and continually improved.

  • Strong bilingual communication skills and ability to connect well with others.
  • Skilled in problem-solving and highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and a proactive approach to deadlines.
  • Adaptable and resilient under pressure in dynamic environments.
  • Proficient in ERP and finance systems, with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and workflow tools.
  • Knowledgeable in compliance standards, regulatory requirements, and drafting clear procedures aligned with both local and regional guidelines.
