Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of financial management, including general accounting, budget planning, and cash management.
  • Support tax preparation and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage monthly and annual financial reporting and communicate with internal and external auditors.
  • Implement and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard company assets.
  • Effectively manage and coordinate people within the department.
  • Work with SAP software to streamline financial processes.
  • Communicate effectively in both Japanese and English.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in both Japanese and English.
  • Experience with SAP software.
  • An understanding of general accounting principles.
  • Experience in financial reporting, budget planning, and cash management.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with internal and external auditors.
  • A strong sense of integrity and the ability to maintain internal control procedures.
