職務内容

  • Financial Operations & Reporting: Manage various monthly reconciliations (including bank, gross profit, cash, deposits, and sales/purchases), process payroll entries, and ensure proper expense allocations and asset depreciation.
  • Accounts Management: Oversee provisions for bad debts, VID, and AR reporting while ensuring timely invoice status updates and payment processing to vendors.
  • Monthly & Weekly Reporting: Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports, weekly cash summaries, product-wise profit reports, and updated staff sheets with accuracy and punctuality.
  • Tax & Compliance: Ensure adherence to local tax regulations (e.g., VAT, corporate tax, GST, WHT), reconcile trial balances, and assist with audit data preparation.
  • Business Partnering & KPIs: Collaborate with business teams to track key performance indicators, advise on necessary corrective actions, and contribute insights on profitability.
  • Collaboration & Transformation: Partner with operational and sales teams to drive finance transformation initiatives and contribute to project-related data preparation.
