Japan has close to 100 staff on the back office side, over 50 directly owned stores. Total headcount of back office + Retail side is close to 400 staff.

Job Description

  • Lead Finance team (Both Accounting and FP&A sides) + Supervise and IT team.
  • Be a business partner to heads of other departments, CEO, HQ.
  • Support the company's development, process improvements.

The Successful Applicant

  • Retail industry experience
  • Leadership finance position experience
  • Experience to oversee FP&A & Accounting functions
  • Management experience
  • Fluency in Japanese
    • N1 JLPT
  • Business level English
    • Ability to verbally communicate in English with the HQ
  • Prior experience managing an IT team will be an advantage, but not required
