Job Description

  • Financial Analysis: Providing in-depth financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decisions.
  • Business Partnership: Collaborating closely with business units to understand their objectives and providing financial insights to achieve them.
  • Financial Reporting: Preparing and presenting financial reports and analysis to management.
  • Cost Management: Identifying cost reduction opportunities and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Project Financial Management: Supporting the financial aspects of new projects and initiatives.



The Successful Applicant

  • High proficiency in Japanese and business English
  • Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or financial business partnering (FBP)
  • Understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
