職務内容
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations, keep the service at highest standards within the budgets
- Give the relevant training and coaching to the F&B team; attract, recruit, talented personnel
- Build targets, KPI, schedules, policies and procedures
- Weekly report regarding sales results and productivity
理想の人材
- Communication skill in Japanese and English/French
- Degree in Hospitality preferred
- Guest-oriented and service-minded
- Proven food and beverage management experience
