職務内容

  • Oversee all landlord-related services and serve as the primary contact.
  • Manage resources to align site operations with business objectives and budgets.
  • Create and implement site engagement plans with communication and HR teams.
  • Lead internal and external teams for security, technical, and health support.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards.
  • Establish a hospitality-driven site approach and manage on-site events.
  • Maintain sustainability standards and align with the company's brand culture.

理想の人材

  • Fluent in Japanese and English.
  • Experience in facility or workplace management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Experience of communications to cross functional stakeholders and executives
  • Expertise in hospitality and team management, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong skills in budget and multi-project management.
  • Autonomous, proactive, and detail-oriented.
