Job Description

  • Promote the products and services with logical and strategic thinking
  • Collaborate with inside sales team, clients, and related partners to achieve the targets
  • Active lead generation using sales channels or end user (high touch sales activities)
  • Utilise Salesforce to handle high volume leads
  • Actively contact the customers to find out about their hidden needs
  • Answer customers inquiries and propose products or services to cater their needs
  • Handle all kinds of negotiations
  • Organise meetings regularly with selected sales channels to review the sales progress and discuss next actions
  • Regularly visit the customers or digitally - will be required to travel domestically

The Successful Applicant

  • Sales experience in industrial market. HVAC/Measurement-related industries a plus
  • Preferably has Bachelor of Process Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Science/Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or Equivalent
  • Proactive in setting up goals and achieving the target
  • Eyes for details in analysing stakeholders, negotiation, issue resolution, support for customer success through whole sales process
  • Comfortable with online meetings, Excel, Word, PPT. Experience for Sales Force and Oracle E-Business Suite is a plus
