Job Description
- Responsible for all aspects of the website's content, look and feel
- Manage branded digital initiatives and activities from A-Z that will impact both conversion and sales
- Analyse Google Analytics regularly to identify trends, traffic sources, customer data, conversion data, top products, top categories etc.
- Drive the achievement of the annual sales targets/budget/forecast in accordance with the guidelines received by the company
- Develop and drive execution of seasonal strategies for digital
- Manage site operations, including seasonal content, product information, product imagery, site functionality, promotions and pricing
The Successful Applicant
- 3-5 years of experience in E-commerce or digital content management
- Demonstrated knowledge of CMS
- Retail experience, preferred
- Data-driven mindset, metrics and KPI-oriented
- Fluency in Japanese and English
