Job Description

  • Responsible for all aspects of the website's content, look and feel
  • Manage branded digital initiatives and activities from A-Z that will impact both conversion and sales
  • Analyse Google Analytics regularly to identify trends, traffic sources, customer data, conversion data, top products, top categories etc.
  • Drive the achievement of the annual sales targets/budget/forecast in accordance with the guidelines received by the company
  • Develop and drive execution of seasonal strategies for digital
  • Manage site operations, including seasonal content, product information, product imagery, site functionality, promotions and pricing

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-5 years of experience in E-commerce or digital content management
  • Demonstrated knowledge of CMS
  • Retail experience, preferred
  • Data-driven mindset, metrics and KPI-oriented
  • Fluency in Japanese and English
