- Manage the brand's E-commerce business, from owned EC site to also 3rd party partners
- 3rd party platform management, to include developing the channels and negotiations
- Led EC merchandising strategies and plan out OTB in order to achieve annual sales targets
- Manage the brand's website, including day-to -day operations involving site analysis, contents, campaign management, vendor management, merchandising plans, etc.
- Engage in digital marketing activities
- Analyse site performance and marketing campaigns/promotions
- 4+ years of E-commerce experience and digital marketing experience
- Industry background in retail, luxury or cosmetics (preferred)
- Team management experience
- Fluent in both Japanese and English
