About Our Client

Job Description

  • Strategize on how to increase the sales growth on the brand's E-commerce channels
  • Manage all aspects of the EC business, from the marketing strategy to the data analysis, merchandising and logistical activities
  • Plan and carry out a refined CRM strategy and set strategic goals for the benefit of store sales
  • Monitor and analyse customer profile data and offer customization recommendations, if necessary
  • Evaluate performance of activities and programs implemented at the store level

The Successful Applicant

  • 5 years' experience in CRM, with demonstrated achievements in driving EC sales for a global brand
  • Strong data-analysis capability, with knowledge of up-to-date marketing tools and techniques
  • Experience in the luxury industry, ideal
  • Fluency in Japanese and English
