Job Description

  • Conduct strategic proposal-based sales and achieve sales targets and KPIs with key E-retailers like Amazon and Rakuten.
  • Develop tailored strategies for various customers and EC platforms, setting targets and executing action plans.
  • Negotiate product launches, promotional activities, and pricing strategies to optimize revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient execution and alignment with company objectives.



The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive B2B sales experience in the consumer goods sector, with E-commerce sales experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel (including functions and Pivot Table analysis), and skilled in creating persuasive presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and negotiate effectively, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proactive in developing and executing strategic proposals.
  • Fluent Japanese Communication Skills.
