Job Description

  • Corporate Sales Expansion: Build and lead a team to expand corporate sales functions nationwide.
  • New Business Advocacy: Develop relationships with distributors and SIers to acquire new projects.
  • Sales Promotion Strategy: Plan and propose effective sales promotion strategies and establish sales channels.
  • Team Management and Performance Evaluation: Implement recruitment and performance evaluation processes to enhance team effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate is an experienced corporate sales professional with at least 10 years of success in IT hardware sales, including 3 years of team management. You will excel in building and managing nationwide sales teams, developing new business with distributors and SIers / Value Added Re-sellers, and executing effective sales promotion strategies. Strong leadership, resilience, and adaptability are key traits, along with the ability to foster trust and lead by example. Fluency in Japanese and business-level English is essential, with a willingness to travel frequently.
