Job Description

  • Supervise sales force effectiveness team on project and initiative
  • Drive discussion with cross functional leader such as Commercial, Finance, global team
  • Design and propose business initiative and improvement towards sales organization, incentive, territory alignment
  • Manage vendor and matrix report
  • Drive sales team engagement and alignment

The Successful Applicant

  • 5 years+ in Sales force effectiveness/sale planning in Pharmaceutical industry
  • Expertise data management and analysis
  • Team management and talent development experience
  • Effective communication with C-level and global stake holders
  • Business level of English and Japanese
