職務内容
- Develop Revenue and AUM Acquisition Plan.
- Meet and exceed annual financial targets as agreed with MD
- Develop a thorough understanding of the Institutions market segment, existing and prospective client relationships and solutions based strategy.
- Delivering value-added advice and investment solutions that help our clients manage the investment process around planning/governance, asset allocation and strategy implementation and performance reporting and evaluation.
- Work closely with marketing and product groups to develop a solution-based value proposition for the Institutions segment.
理想の人材
- Five to ten plus years of experience in the investment management industry or related fields with a successful track record in sales and/or sales management.
- In-depth knowledge of investment products, the asset management industry.
- Successful sales experience in the financial industry or related fields; demonstrated knowledge of solution based selling techniques and persuasive communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within the team.
- High level of personal integrity and professionalism. Actual experiences and knowledge of Investment Management and Business level English communication skill are the plus
