Job Description

  • Strategy Consulting: Drive company-wide and business strategies, oversee M&A activities, promote alliances, and develop R&D strategies.
  • Operations Consulting: Manage organizational and operational reforms, enhance business efficiency, reduce procurement costs, and implement CRM and SCM solutions.
  • Digital/Technology Consulting: Create DX strategies, develop digital roadmaps, oversee IT governance, and drive digital marketing initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Preferable: IT experience, consulting experience, and proficiency in English and Japanese.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Adaptability and a passion for continuous learning
