Job Description

・Lead, co-ordinate and delegate training across APAC regional offices
・Collaborate with local HR and Country Managers on scheduling, tracking and testing core skills
・Continuous update of existing training both aesthetically and injecting new leanings
・Design high quality training or plan to use specialists for training
・Be regionally central to feed into global efforts for annual initiatives
・Collaborate to design high quality training and develop employee's soft skills

The Successful Applicant

・3+ years of L&D experience

・Stakeholder management experience

・International and strategic mind-set



・Fluent in English (Japanese is nice to have)
