職務内容
This brand is looking for innovative, courageous, and empathetic candidates, as they want their employees to be LEADERS of the digital and E-Commerce field.
理想の人材
The brand is looking for a candidate who has:
- 2 years or more experience of data analytics (Google Analytic 360, Python, SAS, KARTE, TABLEAU)
- Data aggregation (SQL, Excel etc)
- Experience in using data to acquire new customers and gain customer loyalty
- Experience in using data to create and execute projects, plans, and reach peak performance
- Business level English and Japanese
Preferred:
- Working experience in retail digital marketing
- A team player who can work alongside a decent sized team
- Experience in using Google and Yahoo! Advertising to hit goal performance
条件・待遇
Benefits:
- 4 million - 7 million yen (depending on experience) + Bonus (once a year, business performance)
- FLEX TIME, NO core time, Work From Home hybrid (8 work hours, 5am-10pm)
