職務内容
- Identify key customer voices and needs by executing marketing campaigns targeted at digital channels and then doing in-depth analyses over time
- Design and strategize marketing campaigns with direct team members and other stakeholders in order to increase customer engagement
- Closely monitor and conduct user experience experiments and projects
- Communicate with global team members to find best practices and implement them in the Japanese market
理想の人材
- At least 3 years in consumer-facing digital marketing
- Strong interest in data as you will have to be doing an analysis of consumer data
- Fluent Japanese and conversational-business level English
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders
- Strong interest in customer engagement
