Develop marketing strategies for T2DM Business for the responsible products
Identify/foster key strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders critical to new business opportunities in APAC & sub-regions
Develop initiatives to drive awareness across organisations, provide ad hoc support to sub-regional teams to develop assigned Diabetes products market, organise events, profile KOLs, maximise channels, build awareness to champion for the product lines
Direct the marketing & activities for the achievement of short-term and long-term business objectives, including revenue, profit and market development/penetration growth targets.
Work proactively and directly sub-regional marketing & field teams to develop/establish T2DM advisory board to understand the market needs and build KOL relationships in strategic markets throughout APAC region.
Launch new products, and therapies, with appropriate emphasis, and rigor in execution. Develop meaningful positioning in market and execute campaigns through sub-regional marketing teams throughout APAC.
Maintain necessary contact with US business unit personnel, patient groups, industry associations and government representatives to achieve the business objectives.
The Successful Applicant
Fluent in English
10 years in marketing or sales experience in medical device or healthcare industry
5+ years' work experience, with P&L Management and/sales leader experience strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to create and implement strategic marketing plans, good strategist and implementer
